The ₹350 visiting/diagnosis charge covers the technician visit and initial assessment. Parts, additional labour and repairs are separate unless explicitly agreed.

Repairability, turnaround time and parts availability depend on the TV model, fault and component availability. Customers should confirm the estimate before chargeable repair work proceeds.
